(a) RideHistory Limited® provides an online vehicle information service that extracts and compiles data from third-party sources including the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

(b) We provide vehicle reports that may include history data, registration details, and vehicle-related insights. Reports are delivered to your provided email address.

(c) We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use our Site and services for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All information is provided in good faith and is for general informational purposes only
  • We do not provide professional, legal, or financial advice

(c) Refunds may be issued in cases of technical failure or processing error. Requests must be submitted within 3 days to support@ridehistory.net with order details.

(d) No refunds will be issued for incorrect VIN/registration details submitted by the user.

(e) Reports may not always contain full vehicle history due to third-party data limitations. This does not qualify for a refund.
